Welcome to the 14th annual Student Research Advisory Board (SRAB) Student Scholarly Work Conference! We are excited to share our newly constructed SRAB website and conference site. The Student Research Advisory Board at Lehman College has been sponsoring this opportunity for students to share their scholarly work, including research, art and performance, and other forms of scholarship in a college-wide public forum. Students are deeply involved in many aspects of research on campus, including but not limited to archival work, developing and performing theater, dance, and music, art installations, scientific bench research, social science and behavioral research with human subjects, and other important scientific work across the schools within the college. Students travel to local, regional, national, and international conferences to present their work and work collaboratively with faculty to publish peer-reviewed manuscripts and other public facing scholarship.

Many thanks to all of the Lehman College faculty, staff, and administrators who include students in their scholarly work, as these collaborations are crucial.

The SRAB’s mission is to provide opportunities for students to conduct research and scholarship across the college, foster productive faculty-student collaborations in scholarship, to provide opportunities to learn about different forms of scholarship and presentation, and to provide public opportunities for students to share their work.
